My Mission is to dance into the sanctuary of joy and happiness leading others into true peace of mind
As far back as Shelley can remember, she has always loved nature, including humankind
with all our wonderful intricacies. Her company, Life Spirit Coaching (est. 2000) is an
outcropping of this love. Shelley’s playful, down-to-earth nature helps her clients grow
their inner peace, enjoy their lives more, and reach for the dreams they really want
(not just the dreams of their boss or family).
We must stop choosing to "just get by" in life; Self Love is a necessity to our very existence, and that Love starts from the inside out. Joy, that deep inner yearning for true-light existence (not to be denied!), is core to the growth of Self Love. I strive for awakening or enhancing this Joy in every client. The results are magnificent! It is pure magic what you can Do when you are Being your true-light.
Along with coaching, Shelley also offers natural health alternatives through Young Living Essential Oils and teaches Nia dance.
